Common Topics

Account & Login

  • To reset your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen.
  • If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same sign-in method — there is no separate password.
  • To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  • To export your data, go to Settings > Account > Export My Data.

Enginr.dev Pro Subscription

  • Manage your subscription in Settings > Pro > Manage Subscription.
  • Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed through the App Store. Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions purchased on Android are managed through Google Play. Open the Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions.
  • After canceling, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Found a bug? If you have an Enginr.dev account, go to Settings > Help & Support to submit a bug report directly in the app. Otherwise, email support@enginr.dev with a description of the issue, your device, and steps to reproduce it.
